展位安排及费用：Booth arrangement and fees:
（一）展位：标准展位9平方米起租，光地面积36平方米起租。
标准展位的基本设施与服务包括：
三面围板（3×3×2.5m）、地毯、两盏射灯、一张洽谈桌（1×0.75×0.455）、两把折椅、单项电源插座
(5A/220V)、参展单位（中/英文） 楣板一条。
光地仅提供场地，其它一切费用自理。
（1） Booth: Starting from 9 square meters for standard booths and starting from 36 square meters for bare space.
The basic facilities and services of the standard booth include:
Three sided hoarding (3 × three × 2.5m), carpet, two spotlights, one negotiation table (1 × zero point seven five × 0.455), two folding chairs, single power sockets
(5A/220V), exhibitor (in Chinese/English) with one lintel board.
Only the venue is provided, and all other expenses will be borne by oneself.

After updating the exhibition plan on the official website, booth reservations can be made.
Previous exhibitors can prioritize arranging their booths.
All participating enterprises can publish their company profiles for free in the conference journal. Exhibitors are requested to send their company profiles to the main committee before the designated time.
Both exhibition sponsorship and advertising sponsorship (online and on-site) can be obtained by contacting the organizing committee to obtain a quotation form.
The exhibition is allocated based on the principle of first application, first payment, and first arrangement.
展位确认与广告确认的方式：
请参展商按要求填写好“参展合同”，加盖公章后传真或邮寄到展会组委会。
展位及广告的确认，以款到为准，请在规定时间内办理。
所有申请将按照“先预订交费，优先选位”的原则预订。

Method of booth confirmation and advertising confirmation:
Exhibitors are requested to fill out the "Exhibition Contract" as required, stamp it with their official seal, and then fax or mail it to the exhibition organizing committee.
The confirmation of booth and advertising is subject to payment, please handle it within the specified time.
All applications will be booked according to the principle of "booking first, paying fees, and priority selection"
